AI Daily Tools ("we", "us") provides a multitenant AI productivity platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We design for data minimization: we collect only what is needed to operate the service securely and reliably.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your name, email, hashed password, and workspace details.

Usage data: the inputs you submit to AI tools, the generated outputs, credit transactions, and aggregate analytics used to power your dashboard.

Billing data: subscription status and invoices managed through our payment processor, Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

3. How we use your data

To provide the service, including sending your inputs to AI providers solely to fulfill your requests.

To enforce credits, plan entitlements, and tenant isolation.

To improve reliability and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train third-party models.

4. Data sharing

We share data with subprocessors strictly to operate the service: AI providers (to generate outputs), object storage, email delivery, and payment processing. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens are short-lived and refresh sessions can be revoked. Every record is scoped to your tenant so other customers cannot access it.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your generated content at any time from within the app. To request account deletion or a data export, contact our support team.
