Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AI Daily Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Roles (owner, admin, member, support) determine the actions each member may take.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including generating unlawful content, attempting to access other tenants' data, or circumventing credit and rate limits. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
4. Credits and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly credit grants apply on a successful invoice. Credits are consumed per AI action; failed generations are not charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying AI providers. We retain ownership of the platform itself.
6. Disclaimers and liability
AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. The service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding three months.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
